Jeff was born & raised in Gilroy, CA. After graduating from Gilroy High, he attended Cal Poly (SLO) & graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He began working in the insurance industry in 2005 as a licensed life & health insurance agent. After 6 years of employment with a regional broker, Jeff founded SVIS in 2011.
Jeff is active in the community through the Leadership Gilroy, the Gilroy Chamber of Commerce & as a volunteer for the California non-profit Joni and Friends. This volunteer work has already taken him to West Africa, Central America, China, the Middle East & Cuba, with the mission of collecting & fitting wheelchairs to people with disabilities in impoverished countries. He is married with 5 children & enjoys playing golf, following Bay Area sports & spending time with family. Jeff currently holds Life, Accident & Health insurance licenses with the CA Dept. of Insurance (0E74280).
Bill has lived in Gilroy since 1980 & has enjoyed a successful career for over 3 decades in Silicon Valley’s semiconductor industry. His positions have always been in customer service & marketing. Despite that success, he decided to venture out into the insurance industry at SVIS in 2014. Bill enjoys assisting small businesses with their employee benefits and individuals/families needing help with their insurance plans.
Bill has been happily married, for almost 39 years, with 8 children & 16 grandchildren. He spends his free time gardening, traveling and serving as an usher and study leader at South Valley Community Church in Gilroy. He currently holds Life, Accident & Health insurance licenses with the CA Dept. of Insurance (0J21485).
Peter was born in Gilroy, where he excelled in football, track & soccer until he left on scholarship in 2009 to UC Riverside to study business & film. After college, Peter began his career as a filmmaker & has since become an award-winning writer, director & producer. As he continues his work in LA, he has jumped at the opportunity to help the SVIS team start an office in Southern California & put his business & marketing skills to good use.
When he’s not working, Peter spends his time serving the community of LA through a non-profit called Mosaic. Along with the work they do locally, Peter has gone with them to China & Lebanon to run arts camps for hundreds of less fortunate children. Peter’s goal in life is to make the world a better place by serving those who are in need & hurting, & by creating stories of hope for those who feel lost. He currently holds Life, Accident & Health insurance licenses with the CA Dept. of Insurance (0L96619).
